Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced advertising sales professional to own and grow monetization for our YouTube channel(s). Our audience and subscriber base are already growing strongly, and our content strategy is stable. This role is focused on selling and managing advertising, sponsorships, and brand partnerships, not content creation or channel growth.
The ideal candidate understands how to package YouTube inventory, sell to brands and agencies, and maximize revenue without disrupting the existing content or audience experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own YouTube advertising and sponsorship revenue strategy
- Identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships, sponsorships, and ad deals
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and media buyers
- Develop compelling sponsorship packages (integrations, pre-rolls, mid-rolls, series sponsorships, etc.)
- Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsored content
- Track performance, campaign results, and advertiser satisfaction
- Continuously optimize ad formats and pricing based on performance and demand
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling digital advertising, sponsorships, or media partnerships
- Strong understanding of YouTube monetization, branded content, and creator advertising
- Existing network of advertisers, brands, or agencies is a strong plus
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: outreach → pitch → close → renewal
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate audience metrics into advertiser value
Nice to Have
- Experience working with creators, media companies, or YouTube-focused businesses
- Familiarity with CPM-based pricing, affiliate deals, and long-term brand partnerships
- Experience packaging and selling multi-video or series-based sponsorships
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Consistent growth in YouTube advertising and sponsorship revenue
- Strong repeat partnerships with brands
- Minimal disruption to existing content strategy and audience trust
- Clear reporting and visibility into deal performance and pipeline
Compensation
- Commission or performance-based incentives
- Structure flexible depending on experience and deal flow
