Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is actively seeking a technically skilled and self-driven Freelance IT Support Technician to provide remote technical support for our global client base. As a freelance technician, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve IT-related issues for various businesses and professionals, all from the comfort of your own home. This is a client-facing position requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-platform technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues through remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom).

Maintain confidentiality and security of client data and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk (minimum 1 year preferred).

Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic network troubleshooting.

*

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive), and remote desktop tools.

*

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.

*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

*

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

*

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Experience
*

At least 1 year of experience in IT support, remote helpdesk, or a similar freelance/contract position.

*

Experience supporting clients remotely is highly preferred.

*

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus but not mandatory.
