Go Fractional is hiring for our internal team!

We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing on a contract-to-hire basis to own revenue-driven marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, experimentation, and monetization — not brand-only strategy.

You’ll work closely with the founder and existing team to build, test, and scale growth channels that directly impact revenue.

What You’ll Own

Newsletter Growth & Monetization

  • Grow newsletter subscribers, engagement, and retention
  • Build and execute a sponsorship and monetization strategy
  • Develop segmentation for different audiences (founders, operators, talent, executives)
  • Package and sell newsletter-based offerings to partners

Partnerships & Revenue Channels

  • Build and manage a pipeline of sponsorship, affiliate, and referral partners
  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals
  • Create repeatable partnership programs with clear ROI
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to operationalize partnerships

Growth Channel Expansion

  • Identify and test new growth channels beyond existing SEO efforts
  • Manage retargeting, lifecycle, and audience activation campaigns
  • Explore community-driven and distribution-led growth opportunities

Content & Campaign Oversight

  • Oversee newsletter production and marketing content
  • Coordinate product launches, announcements, and revenue-driven campaigns
  • Work closely with internal contributors and freelancers to execute

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on growth or revenue-focused marketing experience
  • Strong experience with newsletters, partnerships, or audience monetization
  • Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or creator-led businesses
  • Proven ability to turn audience and distribution into revenue
  • Execution-first mindset with clear ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Structure & Compensation

Contract Phase

  • Contract-to-hire role starting at ~20 hours/week
  • Hourly rate: $60–$80 USD/hour, depending on experience and track record
  • Eligible for commission on revenue generated during the contract phase

Full-Time Conversion

  • Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD
  • Commission: Additional variable compensation tied to revenue you help generate (e.g. newsletter sponsorships, partnerships, referrals, and monetization initiatives)
  • Commission structure and targets will be clearly defined prior to full-time conversion
