OTE: $70,000–$110,000+ per year

Job Overview

We are hiring a Remote Business Development Representative to generate leads, work an existing book of business, and close new clients in our credit repair and financial services division.

This is a high-activity outbound sales role. You will be on the phone daily, managing your own pipeline, and responsible for your results.

This is not an inbound role and not a call center position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls per day
  • Work and grow a personal book of business
  • Generate self-sourced leads through outbound calling and partnerships
  • Conduct phone consultations and needs assessments
  • Review consumer credit reports (training provided)
  • Present and enroll clients into credit restoration services
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  • Track all activity in Zoho CRM
  • Use RingCentral for daily calling
  • Meet activity, talk-time, and enrollment goals

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of outbound sales, business development, or inside sales
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Experience generating your own leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Organized and comfortable using a CRM
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • U.S.-based with reliable internet

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $20/hour (~$41,600 annually)
  • Commission: $50+ per enrollment (uncapped)
  • OTE: $70,000–$110,000+
  • High performers earn more through volume and consistency
