They are currently seeking a candidate based in Europe - Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic.

Please note this role requires overlap with the US time zone for at least three days per week, until 12 PM Pacific Time (California).

Our Proposal

We’re looking for a UI-driven Product Designer who also understands UX principles. You’ll own the design system and deliver polished SaaS interfaces, while applying UX insights from product managers to create intuitive workflows. Since this is their first design hire, you’ll shape both the UI direction and ensure good UX practices, but with a stronger focus on hands-on design execution.

Responsibilities

🎨 Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements into intuitive workflows and components.

📐 Define and document UX patterns and design systems for consistency across the product suite.

💡 Influence product direction through user insights, systems thinking, and product intuition.

🤝 Partner with engineers and PMs to scope, design, and ship features.

🧪 Support usability testing, incorporate feedback, and refine designs through fast iterations.

📢 Collaborate with marketing on product storytelling, visual assets, and web updates.

Requirements

💼 4+ years of experience designing UI/UX for SaaS products.

🖼️ Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and clean interaction design.

⚡ Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering in fast-paced environments.

🔧 Skilled in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Penpot).

🧩 Comfortable designing for complex workflows, ideally in B2B or technical product contexts.

🗣️ Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

🚀 Self-starter who thrives working independently and navigating ambiguity.

Nice to have

🔒 Experience with enterprise or developer-facing tools.

🛡️ Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk-oriented products.

💻 Prototyping with HTML/CSS or React (a plus, not required).

📐 Experience building or maintaining design systems in startups or small teams.

♿ Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
