As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and implementing data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to protect sensitive data
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop secure data storage solutions
• Providing training and guidance to employees on data protection and privacy best practices
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity and data protection
• Participating in incident response and crisis management efforts to ensure business continuity

To succeed in this role, you'll need

• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
• A deep understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
