Marketing Manager; WORK FROM HOME

Position: Marketing Manager (WORK FROM HOME) We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns, brand development, content planning, and lead-generation activities—all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns • Manage digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM, arenaflex Ads, and email marketing • Create and oversee content plans across all online platforms • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports • Lead brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent branding across channels • Identify market trends, customer insights, and new marketing opportunities • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to support business goals • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending • Handle collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing • Oversee online reputation, customer engagement, and community management • Plan and execute promotional activities to drive leads and conversions Requirements: • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills • Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and content quality • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, arenaflex Ads, CRM tools, and email automation • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Additional Notes: • Remote position with flexible working hours • Fresh candidates with strong marketing skills may apply for junior roles #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
