A respect for the client and most importantly your peers

5+ years of residential construction project management experience

Responsibilities

Help Guide the Client through the Design and Product Selection process

Project Ownership - Own and Mange project through completion

Oversee or help in overseeing project planning, scheduling, inspections, homeowner communication, budgeting and implementation

Implement and help maintain a Budget and Project Plan

Manage all project invoicing and billing

Draft and implement purchase orders

Engage in Project Estimating and material procurement

Must be proficient in Bluebeam and capable of performing quantity takeoffs

Must be available full time M-F between 8-5pm Eastern Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
