Sr Java FullStack Developer/ Lead

Role: Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Lead

Location: Richmond, VA/Mason, OH/Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Review current systems and recommend updates or improvements.

Mentor and guide development teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

Core Skills

Backend: Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Frontend: Proficiency in React or Angular, JavaScript, and responsive UI design.

Mobile Development: Experience with iOS and Android platforms.

Web Expertise: Deep understanding of web technologies, performance optimization, and security.

Additional: Familiarity with Spring Boot, Maven, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Experience

10+ years of hands-on development experience.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD tools.

Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multi-threaded applications.

Understanding of security concerns and mitigation strategies for mobile and web apps.
