Steneral Consulting is seeking an SEO Manager – Content Lead to drive global content marketing strategies and oversee content operations. The role involves collaboration across various teams to enhance user acquisition through content while managing the content roadmap for multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute global content marketing strategies to drive organic growth, in partnership with the Global SEO Lead.
Develop and manage the international content roadmap for articles and video content.
Oversee content creation, optimization, promotion, and distribution.
Coordinate and align global and local content strategies for multiple geographies (including German, French, Japanese, Italian, and Spanish markets).
Create efficient systems/processes for content operations across regions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.
Identify and leverage new opportunities for user acquisition via content, including partnerships, visual media, and organic amplification.
Drive content performance reporting and present insights to executive leaders.

Skills

Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) in marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Strong affinity for AI and experience leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
4+ years of SEO strategy experience, including at least 1 year in-house enterprise SEO.
Deep understanding of content's ROI and business impact.
Proficiency in content marketing beyond articles/videos (e.g., interactive, audio, UGC).
Skilled in SEO content production best practices, roadmap creation, and content operations.
Strong international SEO experience (including hreflang and local/global coordination).
3+ years of CMS experience; ability to connect UX and CMS for content outcomes.
Intermediate technical SEO, HTML, and CSS skills; able to interface with engineers.
Proficient in content promotion, analytics, and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience with key SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, YouTube Studio).
Motivated self-starter, able to work independently.
Professional English literacy; located in the United States.
B2B SEO strategy experience.
Industry experience in payments, fintech, billing, accounting, tax, startups, enterprise business, or platforms.
Multilingual (German, French, Japanese, Italian, and/or Spanish).
Experience with localization/translation and Contentful CMS.
Web UX/design experience.
SQL and web analytics instrumentation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience.
