As a key leader within the Cybersecurity organization, this role will manage the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) team with a focus on delivering scalable certificate automation solutions across the Home Depot enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of technical systems to guide the team’s efforts in supporting applications and devices enterprise-wide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts responsible for certificate lifecycle automation and data integration.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency for platforms issuing and managing certificates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, application, and security teams to align certificate services with enterprise needs.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
Support team development through coaching, performance management, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in people management and leading technical teams.
Familiarity with PKI concepts, certificate management platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to balance technical oversight with strategic leadership.
