What You’ll Be Responsible For
Working within approved workflows and digital systems, you will:
- Conduct scheduled, professional conversations to explore alignment, answer questions, and support informed decisions
- Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest to maintain momentum and clarity
- Support onboarding and participation across approved digital platforms and structured learning environments
- Use AI-supported tools and digital systems to manage communication workflows and consistent follow-up
- Apply planning and time-management frameworks to prioritise actions and track outcomes
- Support progression through structured education pathways and facilitated events
- Manage your workload independently while maintaining responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability
- Participate in ongoing professional development aligned with communication, leadership, and capability building
