Barcel USA is committed to a people-centric culture and is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to drive brand growth and operational excellence. The role involves strategic, analytical, creative, and operational tasks in collaboration with various internal teams and external partners, focusing on brand management and innovation execution.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews by pulling syndicated data to support decision-making.
Perform post-launch analysis using KPIs such as velocity, ACV, and household penetration.
Oversee marketing budget reporting and updates.
Lead innovation & renovation initiatives such as briefing new projects, developing and aligning chronograms (timelines) with various stakeholders, developing P&L’s in collaboration with Finance etc.
Collaborate with R&D, exports, manufacturing, logistics, supply/demand planning, procurement, and other business units.
Develop packaging briefs and partnering with agencies and design teams (internal/external).
Monitor performance of innovation & renovation SKU’s tracking sales trends, velocity and consumer feedback.
Work with procurement to obtain quotes and create RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
Manage purchase orders, budget control, and vendor quotes.
Act as the liaison between the brand team and the Consumer Connection center to monitor consumer sentiment and feedback.
Manage new item set-ups and system updates.
Source and ship product samples to sales and customer teams.
Create marketing launch plans and collaborate with sales to manage volumes and shipments.
Support launch readiness through the development of sell-in stories for new item launches.
Own the upkeep and accuracy of Popcornoplis.com product content ensuring best in class content on our site to ensure we compete effectively.
Manage Price Spider partnership and relationship with Price Spider account team to ensure expansion of our price spider capabilities as new sku’s are launched or transition of sku’s as sku’s are discontinued.
Coordinate updates to PDPs across Amazon, Walmart.com, and other eRetailer sites to ensure alignment with packaging, brand standards and ensure best in class assets working with our agency Culver Brand Design.
Collaborate with trade marketing on POS (Point of Sale) materials and graphic approvals.
Manage coupons and campaign promotions, including legal approvals.
Work with legal on copy approvals and campaign promotions.

Skills

Must have Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a CPG company
Proven success in product development and launching new products
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen and a bias for action
Experience working with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.)
MBA, advanced degree or specialization in related field is highly preferred
Experience in food, beverage, or health & wellness preferred
Experience in Oracle is a plus
