We are looking for a Human Resources professional to support recruitment and core HR operations within our organization. This role is key in managing hiring processes for sales positions and supporting the employee lifecycle through organized HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Conduct recorded interviews with Sales Associate candidates.
- Review and analyze pre-interview metrics to tailor interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Prepare clear and concise interview summaries with hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate documentation.
Onboarding & HR Administration
- Manage onboarding documentation and ensure completion prior to employee start dates.
- Coordinate onboarding steps and timelines with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Core Human Resources Functions
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, role changes, and offboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for general HR-related inquiries.
- Assist with performance tracking and basic HR reporting.
- Support updates to HR policies, templates, and internal documentation.
- Contribute to improving and documenting HR processes and workflows.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales recruitment.
- Experience supporting HR operations and administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual is a plus.
