A company is looking for a Training Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee technical training curriculum for data center operations
• Manage the creation of training materials for mission-critical systems and emerging technologies
• Lead a team to establish training effectiveness metrics and support staff professional development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
• 8-10 years of experience in data center operations, with 5+ years in training leadership roles
• Professional certifications such as Data Center Certified Professional (DCCP) or equivalent
• Strong presentation and instructional design capabilities
• Deep understanding of critical data center infrastructure and training management systems
