About the position

The Acuity Brands Human Resources Leadership Program is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop high-potential candidates into impactful HR professionals. Participants will rotate every six months within various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and aligning their strengths with the company's challenges. The program aims to enhance business acumen and HR skills, preparing graduates for future leadership roles within Acuity Brands.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in HR Project Management Office (PMO) activities.

  • Complete one rotation in a Center of Excellence (COE) such as Talent and Organization Effectiveness, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.

  • Engage in additional rotations based on individual interests and business needs, including HR Technology, HR Compliance, and Associate and Labor Relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or Human Resources Administration.

  • 0 to 2 years of applicable work experience.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
