About the position

The IT Project Manager at Bob's Discount Furniture will oversee the planning and execution of major SAP projects, ensuring effective management from project proposals through to deployment. This role involves collaboration with IT staff and business members to maintain operational standards and support change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Running projects from the initial stages through to delivery.

• Working alongside software development teams.

• Ensuring all projects are resourced, planned, and controlled correctly.

• Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to challenge scope and ensure deliverable solutions.

• Providing support and direction to technical leads and project team members.

• Managing multiple medium to large software projects through the full life cycle.

Requirements

• Experience in project management with a focus on software development.

• PMP certification or equivalent qualifications in project management.

• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
