Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our team for a minimum commitment of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, customer support, IT, and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager.
• Strong background in customer support and IT.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications.
