Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator Division: Corporate Marketing (team consists of 12 people, this resource would be working closely with about 5 team members - Marketing Project Managers) Contract position- Hourly rate is 35.00 • 1 year with opportunity for extension, Remote with no required travel, must be available 8am-5pm, lots of video conference calls throughout the week. • 37.5 hours/week (30 minute lunch break per day). • Seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager role, perhaps previous marketing exposure. • Help take over some responsibilities from the current PM: • Event management (signage/ad creation, program outreach, entering work orders). • Routing drafts of paid press-related articles/publications (following up, nudging people along to ensure content is reviewed/approved before deadlines). • Support 'Experience Clean Heat' (work with implementation partner and marketing agency to execute signage and marketing • Annual email (500+ outbound stakeholder emails go out to various audiences supports). • Non-negotiable: Need HTML technical knowledge/experience to support backend buildout of mass emails. • Not an IT role. Needs marketing/communications strengths. needs eye to fix grammar/spelling. • Salesforce is not required but preferred. • Ability to take provided content, insert into appropriate layout, ensure that the look and feel of the email is well-received (font sizing, colors, imagery, spacing) using HTML, and effectively route through approval process. • Ability to work independently, learn, and prioritize and move between tasks as needed. • No energy efficiency background required. • Interview Process: pre-screen phone call followed by second round video interview. • Hands-On Training: 1-1 building emails with a team member, written SOP for developing emails, screen sharing, shadow Cory in calls, and complete post-meeting to-do lists. Eventually, resource will build emails out independently referring to the SOP and create their own to-do lists based on communications with the PMs.
