Digital Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for Inwell Biosciences (ShopForumHealth.com): Our D2C eCommerce supplement store is offering high-quality, practitioner-grade supplements to patients nationwide.
About the Role
This is a leadership role focused on eCommerce growth. You will be responsible for positioning and promoting Power2Practice to clinic owners, providers, and healthcare professionals, while also driving traffic, conversions, and retention for ShopForumHealth.com.
You must have proven digital marketing experience, including email and SMS campaigns, SEO, content strategy, funnel development, and performance analytics. Experience with Shopify, Active Campaign, and Klaviyo is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Inwell BIosciences ShopForumHealth.com (D2C eCommerce):
- Own the digital marketing strategy for our supplement eCommerce brand
- Manage product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen funnels
- Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo & Active campaign
- Oversee product page optimization, SEO, and content updates across Shopify
- Assist in the migration of magento to shopify site
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to improve retention and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field.
- 5+ years in digital marketing with B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce experience
- Ecommerce D2C experience required
- Deep familiarity with Shopify, Active Campaign is required
- Strong content creation, email marketing, and campaign strategy skills
- Experience in lead generation, nurturing sequences, and funnel building
- Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and eCommerce metrics
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Passion for integrative, functional, or holistic health preferred

Preferred Experience
- Marketing for in-store merchandising, supplements, or health products a plus
- Experience working with product catalogs, cross-selling strategies, and supplement brands
- Familiarity with platforms like Sprout Social, ClickFunnels, WordPress, and social ad platforms
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with developers, designers, and fulfillment teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 + bonus potential. Annual base salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and or licensures. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations
- Location: Remote, US with a preference in the Lisle, IL area
