IDM Project Manager (Remote – 6-Month Contract)

Overview:

Seeking an experienced IDM Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of an internal Identity and Access Management (IDM) solution. This fully remote role requires strong project management skills, expertise in software development lifecycles, and a solid understanding of IDM concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Define milestones, manage risks, and execute tasks using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with software engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• IDM Expertise: Understand authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance to document technical requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes while tracking progress and risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IDM and HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages.
