Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate client engagement and oversee project management, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, guaranteeing that progress meets or exceeds expectations.
• Organize and contribute to project meetings, providing consistent status updates.
• Identify and mitigate obstacles that could hinder project timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor engineers by tracking their performance and supporting their professional growth.

Required Skills

• Associate level Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management and client relations within dynamic environments.
• Proficient in visualizing and presenting data through reporting tools.
• Experience with project metrics and creating client-facing dashboards or presentations.
• Strong competency in Jira; familiarity with Confluence is a plus.
• Background in cloud infrastructure or software development is advantageous.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
