Position: HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

Part-Time Remote - 20 Hours Per Week

Location: King of Prussia, PA (candidates must reside within an hour’s driving distance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team to enhance HR operations and strategies.
  • Spearhead recruitment initiatives and manage the end-to-end hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the company's culture and values.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build and engage a pipeline of talent.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Refine the onboarding experience to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
  • Manage benefits administration and conduct annual reviews alongside the Chief of Staff.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce our core values through creative events and activities.
  • Provide insights on employee relations and support performance management processes.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and compliance matters.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a tech or startup setting.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and international employment regulations is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing remote teams effectively.
  • Active SHRM or PHR Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of platforms like Rippling and Notion being a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
  • An approachable demeanor with a collaborative mindset, fostering professional relationships across diverse backgrounds.
