Position: HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
Part-Time Remote - 20 Hours Per Week
Location: King of Prussia, PA (candidates must reside within an hour’s driving distance)
Overview
Join our distinguished global e-commerce marketing agency as we seek a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner. This part-time, remote position offers an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional eager to influence a progressive industry and engage in a long-term impactful project.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team to enhance HR operations and strategies.
- Spearhead recruitment initiatives and manage the end-to-end hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency.
- Work with hiring managers to develop engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the company's culture and values.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build and engage a pipeline of talent.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- Refine the onboarding experience to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
- Manage benefits administration and conduct annual reviews alongside the Chief of Staff.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce our core values through creative events and activities.
- Provide insights on employee relations and support performance management processes.
- Stay informed on employment laws and compliance matters.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a tech or startup setting.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and international employment regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in managing remote teams effectively.
- Active SHRM or PHR Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of platforms like Rippling and Notion being a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
- An approachable demeanor with a collaborative mindset, fostering professional relationships across diverse backgrounds.
