Remote Senior Project Manager Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading multiple projects from planning through completion. The (SPM) will become familiar with a variety of the company’s systems, concepts, and practices. The position requires creativity and flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment to manage projects from the creation of the project requirements, testing, to the production rollout in order to contribute to organization strategy. Projects assigned to the SPM typically consist of the following: company CRM development & updates, company CRM migration or integration with outside partners, procedural improvements and changes, new product development and implementation, and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support all departments.
Essential Responsibilities and Objectives
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects including planning, scope, communications, resources, expectations, budget, documentation, and external vendor meetings.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for projects, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, stakeholders, budget and resources
- Coordinate with management to ensure projects are appropriately prioritized and resourced
- Responsible for the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
- Define and manage the project scope, ensuring it aligns with stakeholder needs and organizational objectives.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, gathering specific requirements of each project
- Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to key stakeholders, while providing appropriate resolutions and recommendations.
- Schedule or facilitate project meetings with management, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to accomplish project results and timeline
- Conduct and document internal testing
- Coordinate rollout of complete products, including stakeholder signoffs
- Develop, maintain, and organize business process workflows
- Report and escalate concerns to management as needed
- Mentor and manage project managers as needed?

- Effectively present information and control meeting progress in on-on-one and group situations with employees, management, and outside vendors or business partners.
- Math Ability
- * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability
- * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills
- * Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Visio or other workflow software
Education and Experience
- REQUIRED:
- * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Project Management
- Knowledgeable of programming and API connections/integrations
- Experience using Visio/Lucid or other software in mapping processes and workflows
- PREFERRED:
- * Experience working with call center operations
- Experience in CRM integration, migration, and develoSPMent
- Experience in a law office or other legal product business
