About the position

The Human Resources Generalist role at HD Supply involves providing comprehensive HR support and counsel to various business functions, focusing on staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.

• Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.

• Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.

• Work with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.

• Conduct staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent HR Generalist experience supporting sales functions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency with HRIS Workday and UKG.

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with relevant experience.
