Junior Human Resources Specialist
Human Capital Resources and Concepts (HCRC)
Description:
- Prepare job analysis, drafting job announcements, issuing certificates of eligible candidates, and communicating with hiring managers and customers throughout the hiring process.
- Process personnel action requests for a wide variety of recruitment and placement actions following the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Guide to Processing Personnel Actions (GPPA) and agency policies, procedures, and processes.
- Use a tracking/intake system to ensure all actions are processed timely and a status of pending actions can be immediately provided upon request.
- Input, edit and update HR information into the integrated NFC payroll and personnel system.
- Identifies and resolves issues concerning personnel and payroll data, including special pay and benefits entitlements and withholdings.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have Extensive background in staffing and placement on the Federal Government level.
- Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to perform job analyses.
- Must have demonstrated experience with (NFC)
- Must have demonstrated experience with (PAR) processing.
- Must have demonstrated experience in (EPIC Web)
- Must be able to successfully pass security clearance process.
