Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Employee Relations

Pay: $35-43/hr, depending on experience

Location: On-site in Wethersfield, CT, likely to transition to a hybrid schedule in the future

Employment Type: 6-month contract, strong potential for permanent hire

In partnership with a longstanding client, J. Morrissey is seeking an HR Business Partner with expertise in employee relations to support this growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 4+ years of HR experience
• Expertise in employee relations with demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and administer training programs

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
• Assist with talent development and performance management strategies
• Coach managers on leadership and employee engagement best practices
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture
