Overview:

As a Human Resource & People Services Delivery Intern, you will play an essential role in our

People team. Your work will involve supporting various People Team operations and projects,

such as data management, onboarding, process administration, employee listening, and tooling

support to enhance the overall employee experience. Our People Services Delivery team is the

engine that drives our employee experience, and this is a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce

is empowered, supported, and engaged.

  • You will partner with HR managers, team members, and other stakeholders to support

programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • You will streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • You will use data-driven insights to inform our People Operations strategies.
  • Your innovative ideas and commitment to employee well-being will make a tangible

impact on our organizational culture.

Things You'll Do:

  • Execute the administrative aspects of HR processes like onboarding, mobility, and

others, ensuring accuracy, consistency, satisfaction, and compliance.

  • Design & deploy best-in-class listening programs on the company’s platform, analyze

employee feedback, and report these insights to senior HR leaders.

  • Maintain and update employee information across people-related systems with precision

and accuracy. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of information and integrity

of our data.

  • Provide direct employee support through HR portals, assisting users with questions and

technical issues and encouraging self-service through our tools and resources. Support

the use of HR systems, employing super-user skills to assist with basic issues.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather feedback and recommend improvements

to various people processes. Participate in identifying opportunities for process

enhancements and suggest minor improvements.

  • Develop and maintain robust documentation and help pages as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Self-starter willing to navigate ambiguity and show proactivity in pursuing project

objectives.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience in HR internships or related roles is preferred but not required

Compensation:

The compensation for the position is market competitive.
