Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design a complete curriculum for the medical assistant training program, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
Ensure the curriculum meets industry standards and accreditation requirements (e.g., CAAHEP).
Collaborate with healthcare organizations to integrate real-world scenarios and practical experiences into the training program.
Utilize educational technologies and online learning platforms to enhance the learning experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in medical assisting and healthcare education.
Provide training and support to instructors and faculty members on the curriculum.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
Certification in medical assisting (e.g., CMA, RMA) preferred.
Proven experience in curriculum development, particularly in healthcare or medical assisting programs.
Strong understanding of accreditation standards and guidelines for medical assisting programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with educational technologies and online learning platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
