Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with potential candidates

Develop and lead your own team

Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms

Review and analyze ads on multiple social media platforms

Lead global training calls via Zoom

Research new marketing ad platforms

Daily business administration

Participate in business system training

Utilize personal development and leadership programs

Ideal Candidate:

Proven marketing experience

Enjoys working remotely

Excellent phone communication skills

Basic computer proficiency

Visionary and big-picture thinking

Self-driven and proactive attitude

Strong leadership abilities or interest in leadership

Minimum 5 years employment experience
