About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update Love Hygiene's website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligns with marketing goals.
  • Lead the development of new web pages and enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with external developers or IT teams as needed.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive web traffic.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Lead retargeting efforts and design automated lead generation campaigns, including email marketing workflows and CRM integration.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement new integrations that enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Stay current with digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals.
  • Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, video) for social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and website analytics to optimize strategies for improved ROI.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing Directors to ensure alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure updates are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings to align digital efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or website administration with a focus on strategic execution.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
