Assistant Project Manager - Retail Construction - Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our Construction team. The ideal candidate should be able to assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Description

• Support the Project Manager in project planning and execution
• Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
• Prepare and update project reports and presentations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and risks

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
