About the position
The Head of Corporate Education and Training at Siemens Healthineers is responsible for enhancing the capabilities and success of customer-facing teams globally. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive training and education plan to strengthen the skills of sales and clinical teams, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively engage with customers. The position requires collaboration with various training leads to standardize learning journeys and assess knowledge gaps, ultimately driving a best-in-class culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with training leads in franchises and regions to standardize the learning journey of teams globally.

- Develop a comprehensive global training and education plan to strengthen capabilities of sales and clinical teams.

- Assess knowledge gaps in field teams and develop training initiatives to address them.
,
- Evaluate training curricula and work with training teams to keep programs current and relevant.
,
- Determine the best platform for housing, delivering, and measuring training efforts.
,
- Provide training content to sales teams to ensure knowledge of the latest ultrasound solutions.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
,
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medtech environment.
,
- Experience developing and delivering trainings, managing complex meetings, and managing vendors and budget.
,
- Knowledge of selling in the hospital environment.
,
- Experience with adult education training and blended learning approaches.
,
- Knowledge of sales and clinical teams, management, and tactical implementation.
,
- Experience with curriculum design, presentation design, and delivery.
,
- Experience with learning management systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to keep others informed of decisions, changes, and priorities.
,
- Ability to effectively lead virtual training using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks as needed.

- Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
