About the position
Responsibilities
- Gather relevant information about reported partner issues to assess case priority and support appropriate Partner Relations experts.
- Support the investigation process by researching relevant components and locating necessary documents for sound resolutions.
- Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams to streamline practices and promote standardization around partner resources.
- Contribute to process improvements through the creation and revision of Partner Relations-related templates, SOPs, reports, and presentations.
- Support the implementation of Partner Relations programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Track Partner Relations investigation activity, conduct research, and prepare reports.
- Participate in other project work as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources systems and administration.
- 2 years of experience working in a customer service environment.
- Intermediate skills using Outlook and MS Office applications.
- Proven strengths in detail orientation, planning, and prioritizing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Experience in resourcefulness and research competence.
