Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth
• Manage talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
• Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth
