Seeking someone who can assist with coordinating team meetings/ pre-meetings, meeting notes, pre-meeting notes, etc. Seeking someone who has proficiency in PowerPoint to take a previous deck and alter it to fit different client needs with information already provided. Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin related field is required. Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR, capabilities, and competency experience nice to have. Role Overview The Project Manager for HR is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HR-related project according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Project Time: April (as soon as possible)-June 30 Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans, as necessary. • Manage project presentations, update/tailor presentations to client specifications and provide final presentations to leadership. Team Coordination • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. • Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • A majority of team meetings and updates are pre-meeting notes/minutes, or pre-meeting presentations that need to be sent out on a regular basis. Stakeholder Management • Identify and engage with key stakeholders. • Ensure stakeholder requirements are met, and expectations are managed. • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders. Risk Management • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR, capabilities, and competency experience nice to have • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong excel understanding. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana). • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Key Competencies • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in project deliverables. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks.
