Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our growing team. This individual will oversee key HR functions, ensuring the smooth administration of HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR policy implementation, and HR administration, with the flexibility and expertise to support a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and compliance standards.

Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.

Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Partner with leadership to address workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Act as a resource for managers on performance management, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CHRO, HR Director, or similar leadership role.

Expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and policy development.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a fractional/part-time capacity.

Preferred:

Experience in startups or rapidly scaling organizations.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certifications.

Commitment:

This is a fractional role requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the flexibility to adjust as business needs evolve.
