Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of HR strategy for assigned Staff Agencies, aligning with broader business strategy and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide executive thought leadership in managing and improving HR processes to support cultural initiatives and talent management.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop compliant HR solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

  • Develop talent within the Staff Agency HR teams and lead continuous talent review processes to strengthen leadership capacity.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Council on organizational design and development of the executive team.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring HR initiatives support organizational growth and objectives.

  • Anticipate future business needs and analyze emerging trends to develop programs supporting strategic objectives.

  • Optimize staffing capacity through comprehensive reviews of skills and compliance with regulations.

  • Drive strategic change by assessing organizational capacity and implementing impactful initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, providing guidance on policy interpretation and risk mitigation.

  • Advise HR areas of expertise to implement business solutions that positively impact business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of related experience may substitute for degree).

  • 10 years of experience in Human Resources with a proven track record in leading HR initiatives in a large, complex organization.

,

  • 8 years of people leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

,

  • Extensive knowledge in all functional HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.

,

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices in large financial institutions, banks, or insurance companies.

,

  • Experience aligning people and business strategies and delivering talent solutions across the organization.

,

  • Executive-level expertise in leveraging HR metrics and analytics to drive strategic workforce decisions.

,

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating and influencing key stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
